Frequently asked questions
What is left to know before you order.
How do I pick my size?
The size guide is next to the selector. Lay flat a garment you wear often and compare the chest width: the same letter means different things from one brand to the next.
Delivery time and cost?
Shipped within 1 to 2 business days, then estimated delivery 5 to 7 business days. You get a tracking number as soon as it ships. Shipping: free from £50, otherwise £3.40
How do I track my order?
You get an email with the tracking number as soon as it ships. You can also follow your parcel from the tracking page on the site.
What if the piece arrives damaged?
Check your order on delivery and write to us straight away: a manufacturing defect is covered, even on a sale item.
What if my question is not here?
Write to us before you order. We answer questions about sizing, timing or the print, and it is faster than a return.
